- Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara described agents that can prepare reports, surface insights and build campaigns.

Prediction and execution are different jobs
Fiumara distinguished those actions from predictive models that recommend operational decisions. In practical terms, the useful question is whether a tool is advising a team or making changes on its behalf. A convincing answer should explain what the action changes, who authorizes it and how the team can inspect the result.
OPTX's website identifies slots, marketing and player development as areas supported by its data platform. That describes the intended operational setting; it does not establish a measured improvement in any customer's revenue. OPTX's platform description.
What a useful demonstration should show
Our assessment: a demonstration is more informative when it follows one task from request to recorded outcome, including an unsuccessful attempt. Buyers can ask to see permissions, a change history and recovery behavior, rather than judging only the fluency of the assistant's reply.
For teams building their own game projects, our frontend and backend buyer guide covers a related boundary: identify which system owns a result before connecting another interface to it.
