Affiliate links
Some clearly identified links may be affiliate or sponsored links. Slotgen may receive compensation after a qualified referral. Commercial relationships do not guarantee a higher editorial rating, and current eligibility, licensing, and program terms must be verified with the operator.
When you open a campaign or affiliate link
When analytics is allowed, the system records the time, campaign or affiliate program, destination, referring domain, and broad device, browser, and operating-system groups. A random visitor identifier is attached only after analytics consent. Slotgen does not store IP addresses, does not use fingerprinting, and cannot determine the social account name of a visitor who clicks a link.
External websites & reading preferences
External links keep Slotgen open. Compatible websites can be displayed in a reading window only after you enable Embedded external websites in Cookie settings and select a link; otherwise you can open them in a separate tab. A website shown in the reading window remains a third-party website and may receive your connection information or use its own cookies under its privacy policy. No external page is loaded in the window before you enable that optional purpose and select its link. Disabling it unloads the embedded page. We cannot remove cookies that another website has already set. Public remote images may still connect to their image host as part of displaying the page; the embedded-website switch governs the reading window, not those images. We do not proxy, copy, or control that page. You can disable the reading window using “Link preferences” in the footer. This functional preference is stored locally in your browser without a visitor identifier and is separate from analytics consent.
Your cookie choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to choose Essential only, allow first-party analytics, or customize analytics and embedded external websites separately. Both optional purposes are off for new visitors. You can continue reading without them. When you withdraw analytics permission, measurement stops and Slotgen removes its optional browser and visit cookies. Earlier records and contact messages are not automatically erased. Privacy choices last up to 180 days; the optional browser ID lasts up to 180 days and the visit ID lasts 30 minutes. We do not add advertising pixels, session replay or fingerprinting.
When you allow analytics
Slotgen creates random browser and visit identifiers to count recorded visitors and sessions and to connect page views with engagement. It may record article selections, active reading-time milestones, scroll-depth milestones, contact starts, shares, broad outbound-link categories, and search length and result count. Search phrases themselves are not stored. Reports store keyed hashes of identifiers together with language, time zone, and an approximate country when infrastructure provides it. These are pseudonymous records, not fully anonymous data. Game interest records use a public marketplace item ID; they do not establish that a purchase occurred. Optional lead-journey measurement is separate from permission to respond to a submitted enquiry.
When you submit a form
Your name, email address, phone number, message, and campaign attribution are stored because you provide them and consent to being contacted by Slotgen.
Retention and your rights
Detailed event data is automatically deleted after 180 days. You may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information through the contact form.
