In brief

  • Vindral and Gaming Support have announced a physical Green Wheel for digitally branded live game shows.
  • The companies say the wheel hardware is GLI-certified and validated for Vindral's V-Track Money Wheel technology.
  • The practical benefit is separation: studios can change the presentation layer without rebuilding the physical wheel.

Vindral announced the product on 29 September during G2E 2026. It combines Gaming Support's physical casino equipment with camera tracking, chroma-key production and live digital graphics.

How the system works

The Vindral announcement says V-Track Money Wheel maps the physical wheel's movement and position in real time so digital content remains synchronised with the spin. The real wheel remains the game object while branding, visual treatments, multipliers and bonus symbols can be rendered around it.

An iGaming Fox report describes the chroma-key surface as the base for replacing visible colours and segments in the live stream. In principle, one studio asset could support several themes or operator brands.

Why the separation matters

Slotgen's take: this is a production architecture story, not only a visual effect. A studio can treat the physical wheel, tracking data, game logic, broadcast graphics and operator theme as separate layers. That can make reskins faster, but only if every layer has a clear owner and version.

Before buying, ask whether game outcome data comes from the wheel, a sensor, the tracking service or another certified component. Define what happens if the visual overlay loses alignment or the video feed falls behind. The player-facing display should never imply a different result from the authoritative game record.

What certification does not automatically prove

The companies describe Gaming Support as the first equipment supplier to offer a Green Wheel featuring GLI-certified gaming hardware and validated by Vindral for V-Track. That wording does not establish that every future digital theme, game rule, studio configuration or jurisdictional deployment is approved.

Buyers should request the applicable certification report, model and software versions, supported jurisdictions and change-control rules. They should also test tracking under occlusion, changing light, fast spins, dropped frames and recovery after an interruption.

Announcement, not field results

Both source pages derive their core facts from the companies' launch materials. Slotgen has not tested the wheel, tracking accuracy, latency, certification scope or operating savings. Those remain diligence items until technical documents and live deployment evidence are available.
