In brief
- First Look Games says My Activity gathers publisher tasks onto one page.
- Its Opportunities section ranks recent games using the FLG Index.
The company describes the workflow in its 10 September product explainer. For a small publishing team, the appeal is a shorter path from a list of possibilities to one concrete next action.
A shortlist, not an instruction to publish
Slotgen's take: use the suggestions to choose what to investigate, rather than treating a ranking as a ready-made editorial decision. Before commissioning a review, ask what the reader would learn that is missing from existing coverage. One useful comparison or clearly explained feature is a better starting brief than a demand for more words.
There is also a practical caution: First Look Games says its review scanner can lag behind publication. Check your own published pages before assuming an apparently uncovered game needs another article. The company's explanation describes this delay; it is not evidence that an article has failed.
Keep estimates separate from results
FLG's traffic methodology describes estimated organic traffic and monthly snapshots. Those figures belong in a benchmarking conversation, not a report of visitors actually recorded on your website. See the methodology.
Google Search Console's Performance report shows clicks and impressions for your own site in Google Search. Its documentation provides the measurement context.
For a time-limited team, keep the loop small: select one worthwhile topic, publish an original answer, then examine the resulting search data. Treat a coverage score as a research signal, never as a promise of rankings or chatbot recommendations.
